What is the purpose of the P&G Shop/ Why should I buy here?
We have a P&G company Shop because we want our employees to have easy access to use & experience our product and be/become product advocates. On top, when you shop in the P&G Shop, you’ll enjoy some exclusive benefits:

Who can access this site?
This site is restricted to exclusive use by active CH located P&G employees (including employees on Leave of Absence) and retirees.
Why doesn’t the P&G Shop carry every product P&G makes?
Like with any retailer, space to carry products may be limited. Our focus is on products most commonly bought and used. Please note that we are only allowed to sell products that are sold in DACH SMO; exceptionally and with HR Senior Management and business approval we will be able to include “daily necessary products” (i.e. Dish washing Tabs).
Do the discounts I receive in the P&G Shop as a P&G Employee constitute a benefit for which I am liable to pay taxes on?
No, exclusive employee discounts available in the P&G Shop are not considered a taxable benefit.

I work on a brand. I have questions about how my brand is represented in the P&G Shop, or my brand’s information needs updating. Who do I contact?

How do I place an order?
You can place an order at www.pgshoplab.ch. You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your order number.
When should I expect my order to be ready? And how will I know when it’s ready?
You will be notified via email once your order is ready; it usually takes 48-72 hours
What payment methods can I use to place an order?
The P&G Shop accepts Visa or MasterCard. As any online shop in CH, we are unfortunately unable to accept Maestro Card payment.
What should I do if I am having trouble placing an order?

Can I order products for friends and family?
P&G Shop exists to provide products exclusively for employees and their immediate family consumption/use only. Due to the proprietary nature of the information presented on the site (including but not limited to prices and products) sharing this information outside P&G could put the company at risk and is strictly prohibited.
How often can I order products?
We do not restrict order frequency; however, you have a monthly limit of 400 CHF and please keep in mind that the shop is intended to support your household needs and resale is strictly prohibited.

Why are prices different now than when I made my purchase?
All prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice, up until the order is completed and confirmed. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate information on pricing and availability.
Product Returns
What is the return policy?
You must have purchased the item from www.pgshoplab.ch. Only damaged/defective products can be returned and will be exchanged with the same product. We cannot accept items back that have been opened or used unless the item was received by you in a damaged or defective condition. Damaged or defective items returned without their original packaging can’t be exchanged. Returns need to be done within 10 days after delivery.
Warranty for electric products
Warranty up to 2 years. Application of the warranty will be considered only upon presentation of the defective product. If the same product is in stock, a replacement will be provided. If the product is no longer available a refund will be considered.
